3 Bedroom Villa
This spacious Villa unit is the largest of our cabin-style accommodation. It features 3 bedrooms with comfortable sleeping berths for up to 7 people (1 x Queen, 1 x Double and 3 x Single bunks). The main bed comes complete with bedding and towels. The Villa also has separate toilet and bathroom. Reverse Cycle air conditioning and ceiling fan will keep you cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter. To entertain you the Villa also has TV and DVD.
The Villa is fully self-contained, and has a well equipped kitchen, including gas stove, microwave oven, full-size upright refrigerator, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Two sofa lounges and a spacious patio with outdoor setting allow plenty of room for relaxing.

2 Bedroom Villa
Unwind and relax in our modern 2BR villas. The Queen bed comes with all linen included ( and electric blanket ) whilst extra guests will be comfortable in the well appointed bunk beds of the second room. The bathroom has toilet and shower , and the kitchen is fully self-contained. You will remain comfortable with Aircon and ceiling fans . TV and DVD .Lounge back on the roomy patio setting and let your worries drift away.

Slightly more compact than the 2Bedroom Villa , the Holiday Cabin provides excellent value for money.
A double bed, with all linen and bedding , including an electric blanket.
The second room has a set of bunks(2 single beds.) This cabin is great for a small family.
The Holiday Cabin is fully self-contained, and has a well equipped kitchen, including gas stove, microwave oven, full-size upright refridgerator, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery The cabin contains bathroom with shower and. toilet. A reverse cycle air conditioner and ceiling fan will keep you cool in Summer and warm in Winter. To entertain you the Villa also has a colour TV and DVD . Or alternatively – relax back on the comfortable outdoor setting and enjoy your own patio

The kitchens in the Ensuite Cabins are equipped with a microwave oven, gas stove, refridgerator, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.

Park Cabins
The Park Cabins feature comfortable sleeping berths for up to 5 people (1 x Double and 3 x Single beds). The Park Cabins also have a colour TV for your entertainment, and a heater to keep you warm on cooler days.

Our Bunk Cabins offer comfortable sleeping berths for individuals or groups. They are ideal for school groups, as well as scouts, sporting clubs, and church or social groups. Equipped with colour TV and located near the camp kitchen and amenities.
For groups, the beautiful areas surrounding Phillip Island Caravan Park offer a range of activities such as beach/bush walks to Cape Woolamai, mountain bike riding and surfing. The local flora, fauna and geology are quite unique, and make for a fascinating study for students on camp.
